On my way driving 6 hours to visit Kristin and to pick up some prints. Struck back by this insane moonlight. A mix between mist and beautiful lit mountain tops all most got me driving of the road! Pictures taken in Fjærland.

In some weird way, five of us manage to get that plane ticket and we went to Central America. There our lovely Benny waited with a whole lot of fun planned. The next 3 weeks we found ourselves on a bus to El Salavador and back, surfin, walkin on vulcanos and whatnot. yeay. We have had a fight with a storm. I have enjoyed some rain. We´ve all hugged and played with the Sun, Water, Sand and Strangers - now Friends.

I have lots of fun pictures, some day I´ll post a good story. Cus its a good story! Thanks Benny. Ill be back!

Natten gjemmer et lyssky insekt, i sprekker og lignende f.eks på badet el vaskerom. Små,flate dråpeformede insekt, opptrer på disse varme fuktige steder da lyset kommer på. Blanding av mark og bille? Lar seg knapt fange, den "ser deg". Var skremt i starten av vårt samboerforhold, men en og annen "silverfisk/sølvfisk" ble nesten som et slags kjeledyr/husdyr, da udyret hadde et fint navn og bodde på badet.

Koser seg med alt fra muggsopp, papir,smuler og andre insekt til en god shot (?). Men siden de ikke, heldigvis, kan klatre opp glatte, loddrette flater - fikk jeg meg en skikkelig god shot av nettopp sølvkre. Her blir ingenting, heretter, ståede i esken sin, me papir. I et ryddesjau pakket jeg ut mellom 4 og ti mer og mindre levende sølvfisk, i et lite glass.

Sorry fisken gikk rett i do, ikke bilde-bevis på denne fiskehistorien heller. Hadde ei bøtte full av levende fisk :) men da er det me dem, som me andre ting i store mengder -ikke bra!

Hey guys..

As we know the medicine industry is more about making money than actually making peoples health better. That and the scary fact that im living in a 3 world country where they more or less take a pill whenever their toe nail breaks made me want to learn more about alternative ways of treating my body..People eat Pharmaseutical drugs as it was something they couldnt live whitout when the fact is your probably better whitout..In Nicaragua getting pills even whitout resept is like buying milk at the supermarket..Pills that has been banned from other countries because of their side effects and chemical drugs such as sleeping pills and antibiotics. Its an easy solution and problemsolver but its not really helping in the long run..

Did you have a bad day at home? Car didn`t start? O well, we have some anti depressive pills that will make you feel better..Braught to a head to set an example, but this is unfortunately one of the effects that a low education system brings.. Its quite common in Nicaragua to graduate with a degree whitin for example psycology at the age of 20. These students starts their 5 year education at age 15...you do the math. I must add that this do not go for everyone practising medicine and psycology here, but still it gave me the jumpstart to dive a littlebit more into the world of natural healing and medicine. That way i could discover the magic of eating natural greens from the garden and use this to not only cure my diseases but prevent them from occuring and ofcourse decrease the use and necessity of chemical drugs.

Im not trying to turn you into crazy health freaks, just sharing easy tips we all can do that might make a difference for our immune system..My only ulterior motive beeing because i want you all to have long, healty and good lives and ofcourse the longer we live the more we can play..With good help from my "Spanish teacher" who knows something about everything (we always end up studying everything BUT spanish)I´ve written some facts about garlic and onion which both have alot of good benfits for your body..Angel (his name) always gives me nutrition tips, especially if im sick.. His face twists a little everytime i mention the the word anitbiotics..So here goes..

For months I have had this need to be outside all the time. Like, sleep in tent, eat moss and try to catch some fish. Just hang out with mother nature and get away from material things
But of course that's not who I really am so i decided to start of soft with an 8 day camping trip.

Soo...of I went with the Dirty mustach crew; Emil Eriksson, Marcus Lindström, Paul Arthur Lockheart. A small part of Team Uganda and my roomie Mikkel Jörgensen also came along.

Me and Mikkel went to Geilo to collect the crew and then we hit the road totally elated for what to come. Lucky as we were we had photographer emil in the crew and he's responsible for pretty much all the great pictures from our trip!

Mikkel kept me company in my car and he was so exited to se a Lemming, but all we saw was dead once all over the road
But we ended up making a really good song about Lenny the lemming. We had a hilaroius drive and were totally surpriced over the great amount of snow all over Hardangervidda...

Altså. Her kommer noe spennende. Noe jeg synes er fryktelig spennende i alle fall. Nemlig noetikk. Har dere hørt om det? Det som er grunntanken i noetikk er at tankene og sjelen har masse. Liten masse, men allikevel, at det er noe fysisk. Akkurat som vann for eksempel. Får du vann på deg, blir du våt. På samme måte, er det altså mange som mener at tankene kan fysisk påvirke ting rundt seg. Dette har jo jeg trodd på hele tiden. Jeg leser gjerne om disse tingene, men å sette meg ned og sette ting i system slik at jeg kan underbygge fakta med direkte sitat fra diverse professorer og sånn, det gidder jeg rett og slett ikke. Men det er jo skikkelig spennende! Tenk hva dette vil gjøre med verden om de til slutt klarer å finne beviser for at dette.
Jeg har alltid trodd på positive tanker, og at menneskesinnet kan gjøre mye. Det er jo også bevist at de som mediterer mye, utskiller et vokslignende stoff i hjernen under meditasjonen som har en positiv virkning på kroppen, og det sies at det er derfor folk som driver med yoga og meditasjon ofte lever lenge. Kanskje det er noe i dette? Gleder meg til å se resultater av forskningen!
